Booking Terms

Binding Agreement
Bookings become binding when we confirm your reservation and you pay the required deposit. Full terms and conditions specific to expedition bookings will be provided during the booking process.
Payment Terms
A thirty percent deposit is required to confirm bookings. Full payment is due four weeks before the expedition start date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on how far in advance you cancel:
- More than 8 weeks before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 4-8 weeks before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 4 weeks before departure: No refund
We may cancel or reschedule expeditions due to weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
Physical Activity Disclaimer
Walking expeditions involve physical exertion and inherent risks associated with outdoor activities. By booking an expedition, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for assessing your own fitness level and suitability for the selected route
- You should consult medical professionals before undertaking strenuous physical activity
- Weather and terrain conditions can be unpredictable and challenging
- Remote locations may have limited access to emergency services
You agree to follow guide instructions and safety protocols during expeditions.
Limitation of Liability

- Personal injury or property damage arising from participation in walking expeditions, except where caused by our negligence
